Pension Scheme
StarTek provides a contributory Stakeholder Pension Scheme. This is open to all permanent employees.

Anniversary Awards
StarTek Europe shows appreciation of employee commitment via the distribution of anniversary awards. Anniversary awards include StarTek t-shirts, jackets, clocks, and watches.
Employee of the Month
StarTek values its employees and recognises at least one employee per month with a cash bonus for their outstanding contribution to the Company.
Referral Bonuses
At StarTek Europe, we encourage our people to assist in recruiting high quality employees by offering a Referral Bonus. This is paid when the new member of staff has completed the required length of service with the company.
